About ‘Into the Blue’
‘Into the Blue’ contains a wealth of detail - intricate swirls, patterns and cells, vibrant shades of blue, as well as shimmering silver and turquoise when the light catches. One of the most interesting aspects of my pieces is that viewers can often 'see' different things within the composition. The vibrant blues of this piece resembles a dynamic blue sea, and viewers have often commended that they can see different creatures within the sea, including a giant newt.
