Shipping Information

I ship my paintings worldwide via international courier. Paintings are packaged for protection and insured in the event that any damages occur during delivery. Once you are through to checkout, your delivery costs will be calculated based on your delivery location. The delivery costs are as follows:

UK — £50 for one painting, £10 extra for each additional painting
Rest of the World — £100 for 1 painting, £10 extra for each additional painting

Please allow 2-3 weeks for framing and shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your painting is received by our courier, which will keep you informed of when your painting will be delivered.

Painting Framing

For specified paintings, you will be asked to select which colour frame you would like, as well as which orientation you would like your painting to be hung. This enables you to customise your piece to fit your your space prior to purchase. For these paintings, on receipt of your order, Livy will initial the bottom right hand corner of your painting according to the orientation that you have chosen, then send it for framing. In light of this, we ask for you to allow 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive. Your order will arrive with gallery string across the back, ready to be hung.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt if you change your mind about your purchase. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Please contact me on livychristieart@gmail.com if you wish to process a return.
